How do I make a return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start return process.
Please note the order MUST be in the same condition that it was received with ALL tags still attached and absolutely no signs of wear and tear.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
All items MUST be returned in same condition received. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked SALE
- Worn items
- Items with tags removed
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
